If you are involved in the leadership of an educational environment for learners in the foundation phase, this course can help you provide equal opportunities for all children, regardless of their sex and gender identities.
This course is endorsed by SACE. You can earn 15 SACE CPTD points (type 3) for this course. The VVOB SA Learning team will report your completion of the course at the end of the month in which you completed it. Make sure you add your SACE number and ID or passport number to your profile.
The course consists of nine modules and you will receive a certificate upon completion. The initial two modules will break down gender-related terminology and the importance of leading a gender-responsive school for young children. This will ensure a foundation of understanding on which to give you practical hints and tips centered around the following aspects:
