I have completed both mid year and annual appraisals. What I have noticed is there is always room for improvement on all aspects of QMS. We as educators are life-long learners, therefore you will always find something new that you want to implement.

What I want to focus more on during QMS visits is, catering to all the different learners and their different learning styles during a lesson. Making teaching and learning fun even for the learners who struggle here and there with grasping the content the first time around.

After completing my QMS I realised that I still need to get more help in new forms of how to implement discipline in the classroom and the way in which learners could be made to focus more into their studies than misbehaving.

After completing my QMS i have realised that my classroom is not conducive enough for learning. it does not have charts in the classroom that will make learning more interasting or set a positive learning environment. I have also identify the gap in the use of technology, i should start to use overheard projector in class, since it might take time to find charts, but using projector for lesson, making learnerds watch educational videos relating to a topic in a learning area will make learning more interesting.
