The union that i will join is (PEU), a national trade union that’s proudly South African. They drives to organise teachers – the educators of the nation, regardless of colour, creed and gender – and represent them in labour-related grievances and during collective bargaining to ease the pressure that comes with the nature of the teaching profession.
PEU aims to make teachers’ lives easier so that they continue empowering the youth with the most important tool

I will join South African Democratic Teacher’s Union (SADTU), because it is the only union that is relevant and strives to eradicate all forms of discrimination in education and further more to ensure a free and democratic system of education in our country. Educators like any other workers must be represented and our rights need to be protected too, so affiliating with SADTU I believe that will be achieved.

I have chosen the South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU). The reason for that it is because SADTU is the largest teacher organisation and it has been at the forefront for 30 years fighting for the rights of educators worldwide. It is a dedicated union that encourages an environment where educators can be able to thrive and create a positive impact on the future generations.

I will join SATDU because it put the interest of educators first.

As the primary goal of SADTU is to eliminate all forms of prejudice in education and to work towards a free and democratic education system in South Africa.
As a teacher we all aim to teach effectively and provide a free and best education to the learners
