I am very much interested in finding out and knowing more about the Professional Learning Community(PLC) in my neighboring schools. I want to be able to mediate policies and circulars as well as making sure that quality common paper are written in our schools to improve our learners results.

PLCs operating in our school:
1. Grade-Level PLCs whereby teachers within the same Grade level collaborate to share resources, discuss teaching strategies and align curriculum.
2. Subject-Area PLCs, educators teaching the same subjects come together to share practices, develop common assessments and explore new instructional methods.

Teacher’s collaboration,whatsapp groups, smt,teachers peer coaching on classroom management they help out in making sure that education doesn’t lose its meaning and making it more fashionable for the better future of the learners

I am a Consumer Studies teacher in North West and we have PLC’s in the Dr KK district which help to standardise homework activities and they help educators with any problem areas with regard to teaching content.

PLC work together as a team. I want to be able to mediate policies and circulars and making sure that quality common papers are written in our school to improve our learners results.

I think PLCs are so important. I belong to a PLC for NQTs and one for History teachers. This allows us to share resources, and online webinars are advertised there too.

PLC is very helpful, also to make you feel free to share what you’re struggling with in a certain topics and also learning some new skills from peer teachers

Professional learning communities may as well help us with sharing information with other educators, Every source of useful information can be added and implemented.

PLC,s assist teachers to prepare standardized question papers and that in turn help learners to perform better when faced with common papers.

Professional learning communities (PLC) is operating in our school and within most of the schools in our circuit and district. One of the easiest communication platforms is through WhatsApp groups where educators have chance to get resources and ask questions from other colleagues.

PLC Monitor The Quality of Work Given To The Learners. They Also Assist In Setting District Question Papers & Conduct Practical Task Too. We Also Have District PLC. SBST, Coding & Robotics, Subject Base PLC In Whatsapp Groups.
