I think the promotion of gender equality in the classroom is very important right now in South Africa. My contribution in this will assist in addressing gender based violence, even if it is in a small way.

Arrive on time. Punctuality shows your coworkers that you are reliable, care about your work and value their time.

Courage. Courage is required to create ethical outcomes appropriate for all parties involved, and it can take the form of willpower, tact,or even street-smartness, depending on the situation.

Dress code. A professional appearance is important when employees work with customers or potential customers.

Absence without notice. Employees who are unable to work due to illness or an accident should notify their supervisor.

Cell phone used at work. Personal cell phone usage during work hours is discouraged, except in extreme cases such as an emergency.

Teachers work with parents as a support team for each student. -
Professional commitment. To demonstrate a high level of professionalism and loyalty to the organization, its mandate and objectives.

Respect. To Respect the dignity, worth, equality, diversity and privacy of all persons.

Never stop learning. An educators code of conduct demands attentiveness to containing education requirements and career development.

Putting students first. Teachers must model strong character traits, including perseverance, honest, respect,lawfulness, fairness, patience, and unity.

Discrimination. Treating a person unfairly directly or indirectly because of who they are or because they possess certain characteristics.

Corporal punishment. Hitting the child for the purpose of punishment, no matter how lightly.
