Dress code. We should always dress properly and avoid revealing clothes.
-
the educator should refrain from undermining the status and authority of his or her colleagues because these can have a negative effects on your professional relationships and work. it destroy teamwork and cause problems for everyone, their actions are toxic to the work environment.
-
The dress code:
This plays a vital silent role because the ur dress code sends a message to learners, teachers and parents(community). Educators must dress appropriately so that learners can learn from them.

Time management is very critical as it helps you to manage class lessons and if a teacher doesn’t respect time, it will be very difficult to cover all the business of the day….teaching, marking, lesson preparations and so on.
-
Time management: Teachers must arrive early at school, they must go to class in time and encourage learners that they must come to class in time so that they can start learning in time. Teachers must ensure that learners know that the bell doesn’t dismiss them from class but they are dismissed by a teacher after learning.
-
Remember as a teacher you are a role model, mother, pastor, nurse, etc. Dressing well will make everyone respect you. Dress code is very important when you engage with learners, everything that you do and say either is good or bad learners will model it.

It is paramount for every educator to “act in a proper and becoming [manner] such that their behaviour does not bring the teaching profession into disrepute.” This point is particularly important in maintaining the credibility and respect inherently experienced by educators and the teaching profession.

Recognises the parents as partners in education and promotes a harmonious relationships with them. Parents play a crucial role in their children education, protecting the school culture and discipline.

Punctuality is the best medicine to both learner and teacher

Respect starts from the way you dress as an educator

Always being on time. It’s important to always be on time so that you can welcome the learners everyday. It also promotes safety environment for the learners.

Exercises authority with compassion:
I feel it is critical that teachers exercise their authority with compassion. As much power and authority that you have in your classroom, you need to ensure you are handling situations regarding your learners with compassion and care. It is important to always remember that you do not know what is going on in the child’s life and that your insensitivity to a situation could have a terrible effect on the child.
-
The educator and the community. We must conduct ourselves in a manner that does not show disrespect to the values, customs and norms of the communities.

Punctuality and dress code is very important for me as it contribute hugely on respect, motivation and great results

THE EDUCATOR AND THE PARENT
1. Recognises the parent as partners in education, and promotes a harmonious relationship with them: if we inform parents in education it will build up the performance of a learner because learning will still continue even at home. By doing that you will win the attention of a learner. You can overcome the difficulties that the learner is facing. The progress of leaner will improve time to time.
