punctuality- I believe punctuality is the most critical because that’s where it all starts, being on time before the school starts, being on time for all your lessons in class, it makes you a reliable teacher and shows that you respect your job, it also make learners to respect you, if learners know you are always early for your classes they will also be early.

It is important to establish a positive professional relationship with colleague, parents and learners. A good relationship with colleagues will enable you to discuss work related matters that will benefit the learners. The learners is in the centre of learning and therefore I also need to have a positive relationships with parents. Learners must also feel free to communicate with the teacher and not be afraid of the teacher. This will enable them to feel free to ask any questions in relation to their learnin.

I wholeheartedly concur, Establishing a learning atmosphere where all students, regardless of gender, feel appreciated, respected, and empowered is essential to advancing gender equality in the classroom. By speaking inclusively, dispelling gender stereotypes, and offering equitable opportunities for involvement and leadership, educators can accomplish this. Additionally, they can inspire both boys and girls to pursue unconventional interests and pursuits, including STEM for girls and the arts for boys. Teachers can also provide information and assistance for kids who might be dealing with gender-related concerns, as well as address and prevent bullying and discrimination based on gender. Teachers can assist students in becoming self-assured, compassionate, and tolerant people who accept and value diversity by advocating for gender equality.

As a teacher your voice and tone influences how the learners see you. What is you say might be correct but how you say it is even more important as you might offend someone’s feelings and beliefs.

As an educator, you must conduct yourself as per your professional. As we know that learners copy whatever that we do in the classroom. So is important to address learners and community at large with respect.
