Bullying is a common problem in many schools. We need to deal with it as soon as possible.
-
As educators we need to be approachable enough for our learners to be able to talk about their problems.
-
Avoid physical conduct with learners.
Avoid having sexual relations with your learners.
-
And also avoid being too friendly with your learners. The relationship between a teacher and a learner should have boundaries , it should be like one of a parent and a child. A child knows which lines not to cross when interacting with his/her parents, the same must apply in the school environment.

Time management
The teacher must always be in the class on time as this will increase productivity and provide a better education for the learners.
-
That’s true because it will also help you to finish your daily lesson on time
-
-
Decision making
Teachers must first ask themselves about risks associated with whatever they plan to choose or decide.
-
USE OF APPROPRIATE LANGUAGE
As a teacher communication with the learners and colleagues should be one that is appropriate the use of language must not contain profanity .Everyone must be treated with respect .
-
I agree, effective communication is very important and we must communicate in a language that we all understand
-
Dress code: teachers should have an appropriate dress code

Here are some ideas for classroom activities and strategies related to cell phone use:
1. Cell phone etiquette discussion: Lead a class discussion on responsible cell phone use, boundaries, and digital citizenship.
2. Phone-free challenges: Encourage students to stay off their phones for a set period, promoting focused learning and self-control.
3. Educational apps: Utilize educational apps, games, or tools that enhance learning and engagement.
4. Cell phone-based projects: Assign projects that incorporate cell phones, such as research, photography, or video production.
5. Digital literacy lessons: Teach students how to evaluate online sources, identify misinformation, and maintain online safety.
6. Phone-related group work: Encourage collaboration using cell phones, such as group chats, polls, or shared documents.
7. Classroom economy: Implement a classroom economy system where students earn points or rewards for responsible phone use.
8. Guest speaker: Invite a guest speaker to discuss topics like digital addiction, cyberbullying, or online safety.
9. Reflection exercises: Have students reflect on their phone use, set goals, and track progress.
10. School-wide initiatives: Participate in school-wide initiatives or campaigns promoting responsible phone use and digital wellness.
Remember to establish clear classroom rules and guidelines for cell phone use to ensure a productive and respectful learning environment.

To me the acknowledgement of the uniqueness, individuality, and specific needs of each learner, guiding and encouraging each learner to realize his or her potential speaks volume.
Often times learners are treated as a group or expected to behave the way previous learners behaved. However each learner is unique and must be treated as such so as to guide the learners reach their true potential.
Learners uniqueness makes teaching to be interesting and diverse.

Respect
for me, respect is one of the most important ethics in the education sector. where the old and the young respect each other. For example, the novice teacher must respect the exprienced teacher and visa versa. in this way, all parties involved will respect each other.

As a good teacher I have to lead by example because learners like to copy our lifestyle as their re model I have to dress properly when I go to school and also be always punctual as we all know that time management is an important factor.

Establishing positive, professional relationships with colleagues, parents and learners is critical because for effective teaching and learning to take place these stakeholders must work as a team that get along well. These relationships are integral to creating a thriving educational environment where learners, educators, and the broader community work together effectively to achieve shared goals.

Parents must try by all means to avail themselves during school meetings and refrain on sending siblings to represent them as some issues need exactly them, and it makes it easy to build parent teacher relationship.
