All educators and retirees educators can play a huge role in the plc and creat a great community

Starting a new Professional Learning Community (PLC) can address key challenges such as improving learners literacy or enhancing engagement. The problem should significantly impact learner outcomes or teacher development. Including a diverse group of teachers, administrators and innovative thinkers ensures the PLC is effective and aligned with school goals, driving meaningful improvements in teaching and learning.

All educators are part of the development and processes of PLC’s in the institution for effective communication and skills and above all it allows effective and efficient interaction to resolve certain contextual factors that are hampering with learning and teaching.
-
The school management team can also add value to the Professional Learning Community (PLC) by simple ensuring necessary support, funding, and time for PLC activities.

All role players should be part of a PLC as it creates a community of practice and learning

Us teachers can be helpful in adding value because we will be able to share challenges we encounter as well as coming up with solutions

Initiating a new PLC within the school will benefit all teachers

Many educators struggle with ensuring that all students are actively engaged and motivated in their learning. The problem can be explored from various angles, such as:
- Identifying teaching strategies and practices that effectively engage diverse learners.
- Understanding the impact of technology and digital tools on student motivation.
- Analyzing how classroom environment and culture influence student participation.
- Sharing successful practices and interventions to support students who are disengaged.
I would start a PLC at my school that would address this issue first. Getting learners positive on teaching and learning in the school.

A PLC that is needed would be started to address reading problems among the learners, especially the foundation phase learners. Both learners and teachers from different schools should collaborate as this reading problem seems to be common among schools. The teachers and the learners can benefit greatly from this PLC
