In the school that I serve i would like if everyone will be joining the PLC program where we unite and sharing different ideas about the development of our teaching and learning activities that will enhance the learning of the kids that we are preparing for the upcoming future. Also making the strong and healthy relationship with learners and their parents or guardians

making sure I participate in PLC, this will ensure I add the same professional standard as my colleagues and value to my learners.

I will learn more about PLC. Then I will create a PLC and will also join one
