Hello everyone, I can suggest some play-based activities that can help learners comprehend time, height and length, and mass and volume/capacity.
For time, educators could use a hands-on approach by creating a clock with movable hands and having learners practice telling time. They can also play games such as “What’s the time, Mr. Wolf?” or “Time Bingo” to make learning fun. Additionally, educators could use music to teach learners about time and counting beats.
For height and length, educators could use building blocks or string to have learners measure and compare different objects. They can also play games such as “Tallest Tower Challenge” or “Longest Line Challenge” to practice measuring and comparing. Additionally, educators could take learners on a nature walk and have them measure the height and length of different trees and plants.
