Guides for New Teacher Induction
This material intends to support new teachers during their induction at the school. The purpose of the new teacher induction programme is to produce independent new teachers who engage meaningfully in systems, structures and practices which culminate in lifelong learning and build up to high-quality professional teaching and learning. The material includes guidance for new teachers, as well as their school-based mentors.
