I have completed mid-year QMS this year.
i have noticed that I’m struggling with maintaining time during lessons. I tent to teach more than I have prepared , as a results learners end up be confused because their concentration span is low.

I completed my mid-year appraisal. I struggled with classroom management because my learners went out frequently. The trick is to allow one learner at a time to go out and ensure that their pass out card is very formal (I tried the colourful one for grade 1 learners and everyone wanted to go out just to hold it)..

One gap that I have picked up was intervention methods, as I am teaching Life orientation, and it does not have extra classes for the learners at the school; therefore, I normally get a low mark
-
When completing my QMS I have found that I have the following gaps:
- Classroom management with disruptive learners.
- Lack of teacher aids and colour printing.
-
I have not completed and need help mostly with classroom management.

I have completed my mid year appraisal. I need to apply different teaching methods to accommodate for different learning skills. Organising files and keeping them updated.

Yes I have.
My main struggle in the space of the classroom where some skills and ideas because of the spacing and overcrowding of the class are not accessible.
-
IM FALLING BEHIND WITH REGARD TO MAINTAINING DISCIPLINE
-
I have noticed in term 2 that i approved on my classroom management and being more assertive in class

I have many gaps but I believe with time one will get the hang of it all, I see a gap between the SBA and learner, more time is needed for struggling learners but it seems that the time is not there, but I hope it will be addressed .

I have completed my mid-year appraisal. I’ve realised I have to work on classroom discipline.
-
I have already completed the QMS, however indicated those areas that I m still struggling with, such keeping the discipline while following the current Bela Acts

After completing my self appraisal this year, I have realized I have to work on record keeping and class organisation. I find it challenging to keep my table organized all the time.

Reflection on QMS:
In Term 2, my Quality Management System (QMS) assessment highlighted areas for improvement, including:
1. Classroom management: Enhancing strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.
2. Classroom decoration: Creating a more engaging and welcoming space.
3. Knowledge of subject content: Deepening my understanding to deliver more effectively.
4. Punctuality: Managing transitions between classes more efficiently.
I am planning to work on improving these areas.
