I have completed my QMS… Supplied my DH with all the necessary paperwork…i.e. Lesson plans and Lesson preparation.
Area of gap is the whole spectrum of discipline techniques… I just wish there was a manual for these 21st century children …

After completing my QMS fro the mid- year ,I realised that I’m gaining more knowledge I’ve been working for.
-
-
I did mid year appraisal and the most challange that I have is filling as I don’t usually have time to organize my file as I have too much work as a foundation phase teacher
-
In most cases,I work in advance on preparing my file ,so that when my DH need it ,it s ready to submit.
-
-
I have completed mid year appraisal, However my worry is on time management as well as maintaining discipline
-
I m still have more plans for my class management, because of those individuals of learners that don’t obey the class rules that they drafted.

I have completed my mid-year QMS appraisal, classroom management, respect from leathers and behavioral impediment is still such a huge challenge for me. This causes lack of interest in the profession and to put in effort to make learners cooperate effectively in class in order for learning and teaching to occur.
-
After finishing my last QMS I tried to change to a style of grouping learners when doing some activities.
-
-
-
Time management and how to maintain a good relationship with parents.
-
It’s important to communicate with parents if there are no changes in learner’s progress.

I compiled my mid year appraisal as this will help me to identify the areas that I need to develop and where I should improve when it comes to classroom management and other aspects that I do not excel in. I will also ensure that I do the annual appraisal as to see where I have improved over a period of 5 months.
-
After I finished my mid-year QMS ,I realised that indeed ,it is very important, for educators reflection.
-
-
Actively participate in plc so that I will gain more information from others
-
I used to participate in different, educational groups in order to gain more knowledge of specific issues with my learners.
-
-
I have completed QMS for this year and I could tell and agree that there are lot of things I need to work on for example teaching and learning charts being displayed in the classroom but they are not used.
-
I agree, with myself l need to interact more with my Stakeholders.
-
I’ve completed my QMS ,it’s overwhelming,I trust in my self now.

I have done my mid year appraisal for 2024.
What I picked up is that I did not realise how broad the appraisal tool is. It is not only your lesson that is focused at or the deliverance of it. I am glad that QMS is done because it gives one an opportunity to self introspect.
With me I need to work on managing my lesson time, try to adhere to the time as allocated for that certain topic or subject.
Not to panic if a learner gives an incorrect answer during my observation, if a learners gives an incorrect answer it means there is a need for me to explain again using a different stategy.
Lesson should be inclusive- all learners should be accomodated. Visual, logical, auditory etc. When planning I should be dynamic.
-
After doing my QMS lesson I felt encouraged, and my lesson included all kinds of learners.
-
-
After completing the QMS , my area for development includes including more LTSM in the classroom as well ensuring that the line of my work is in line with stipulated time frames in the CAPS as well as updating teacher records successfully.
-
QMS is the only way that can make a teacher responsible for his or her lessons.
-
-
I still need to work more on performance standard number 5 of EXTRA-MURAL AND CO-CURRICULAR Participation and it’s entire criterion.
-
After QMS,I felt enthusiastic, and prepared my self with the upcoming ones.
-
-
I have found that managing my time effectively has been challenging, and at times, disruptive students make it even more difficult. I need to find ways to manage my time better and maintain a disciplined classroom environment.
-
When I finished QMS ,I had a plan for the disruptive learners.
-
-
My biggest problem is on time management
My learners take longer than expected to finish their work,I need help in finding the strategy that will channel them to finish their work in time.
-
Self introspection in time management keep me going without fail.
-
-
I have completed both my mid year self-appraisal and appraisal instruments. I have realized that I need to use teaching aids effectively so that teaching and learning processes becomes meaningful to learners across grades.
-
I realised that every learner need a special treatment in different parts of the lesson.
