Learners must have code of conduct during the year

Meaning first thing January. Teachers and parents, School management Team and SGB. Must make sure that learners and parents understand clearly code of conduct, and the what will happen if you break the law. Talking is very important important to all sides of triangle. Every one must know his role . Then work will be smooth no fight.

Each and every learner should have a code of conduct in their diaries and should be reminded to read it.parents needs to sign the conduct as to acknowledge that they know and understand the code of conduct .the report on the third learners phone will be used as evidence

The school’s code of conduct is no fighting, so this situation could have been prevented by instilling this rule to children and ensure that they obey. Another code of conduct is that cellphones are not allowed at school, so the third learner wouldn’t have to record anything if all rules were obeyed.

A very serious and sensitive situation. As a responsible educator, I’ll outline the steps that should be taken for each learner involved. Learner Who Stabbed the Other will get Immediate Suspension and report the matter to the police. A disciplinary hearing should be conducted to determine the severity of the offense and the appropriate consequences. Depending on the severity of the incident and the learner’s disciplinary history, expulsion from school may be considered. The learner should receive counseling and support to address any underlying issues that may have contributed to their behavior. The learner who was stabbed should receive immediate medical attention to treat their injuries. The learner should receive support and counseling to deal with the trauma and emotional distress caused by the incident. The school should ensure that the learner is protected from retaliation or harassment from the learner who stabbed them. The learner who recorded the incident should be investigated to determine their involvement and motivations. Depending on the findings of the investigation, the learner may face disciplinary action for their role in recording and potentially disseminating the incident.

The learner should receive education on responsible social media use and the potential consequences of recording and sharing violent incidents. Our school’s code of conduct usually emphasizes the importance of maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment. The code explicitly prohibits violent behavior, including physical altercations and possession of weapons. It also outlines the consequences for such behavior, including suspension, expulsion, and counseling.

To prevent incidents like this from occurring, our school can:Implement Conflict Resolution Programs, teach learners effective conflict resolution skills, such as mediation and negotiation.

  • <strong data-start=”294″ data-end=”314″>Immediate action: The learner must be <strong data-start=”336″ data-end=”400″>immediately removed from the classroom or school environment to ensure the safety of others.

  • <strong data-start=”435″ data-end=”451″>Consequences: They should face <strong data-start=”470″ data-end=”493″>disciplinary action in line with the school’s code of conduct. This could include <strong data-start=”556″ data-end=”583″>suspension or expulsion, and likely <strong data-start=”596″ data-end=”630″>involvement of law enforcement due to the severity of the act (using a weapon).

  • <strong data-start=”682″ data-end=”693″>Support: A psychological assessment should be done. The learner may need <strong data-start=”759″ data-end=”791″>counseling, anger management, or other interventions.

  • <strong data-start=”1400″ data-end=”1416″>Consequences: The school might issue a <strong data-start=”1443″ data-end=”1477″>warning or disciplinary action depending on the school’s policies (e.g. unauthorized recordings, cyberbullying).

  • <strong data-start=”1562″ data-end=”1583″>Support/Education: This learner should be <strong data-start=”1608″ data-end=”1652″>educated on responsible digital behavior, bystander responsibility, and school policy regarding phone use.
