1. Starting a new PLC at my school will be beneficial for majority of my colleagues. Facilitating the PLC at the school will make it convenient for teachers. What we should particularly focus on is ICT and professional development. Having internal communities at the school and partnering with neighbouring schools will allow teachers to network, develop, adapt and encourage one another to remain committed to the changes in education and development.
2. The problem of lack of skills/professional development, managing administrative duties, and staying up to date with changes in the education landscape.
3. Several colleagues can form part in facilitating a PLC. Some can contribute with their skills and transfer it to others.
