I believe that one may experien ce some challenges when it comes to th establishment of a PLC as a result of seniority. Senior educators may feel that there is no need for them to get involved in PLC as they have been teaching for many years but then it will be my duty to open their eyes and show them the importance of all educators getting involved in and belonging to a PLC and why PLCs are essential for effective teaching and learning to take place.
