In the upcoming year I wish to research more into the teaching union I have chosen and really try to understand their policies and what they stand for instead of just being involved in one because I feel I have to.

I think taking time to add more current resources and improving some lesson plans can always be considered. It’s always good to switch things up and keep up to date with new trends to help keep learners engaged in content that is caps aligned and still relevant to them
