After completing the Mid year QMS I noted that I still need assistance with classroom management and differentiated teaching. Classroom organization is still a huge challenge for me.

The biggest challenge I have is adaptability. With a lot of things happening (workshops, sports etc) it becomes difficult for me the work around the lesson plans and effectively cover the curriculum.
