Upon completing my annual IQMS (2024),I’ve come to the realization that:

Firstly I need to work on my punctuality with regards to lessons or period. A lot of time is spent on unnecessary workload that end up depriving me of contact time with the learners. Hence always trying to catch up with the ATP.

Lastly I need to improve on my classroom management skills,I had a low rank there due to issues such as classroom arrangement. My biggest challenge was being able to manage an overcrowded classroom of which I now have the knowledge on how to address such issues
