I have completed my mid-year and annual QMS. I am overall satisfied with the outcome achieved and have made progress since my mid-year. I have learnt that I need to form a better bond with my learners, provide more feedback, and engage more with enrichment by doing more revision, etc.

I also need to find my feet in terms of professionalism as I am still getting used to working with various individuals who are all different. I have improved on this aspect though.
