I arrived at school with many extra mural activities and I joined many of them,this help me to include in my QMS effectively and confident.

Time table should be used correctly ,so that no teacher can not be able to do QMS as he or she wish.

Learners with barriers need more time in class and be given time for them to to do activities.

What I have experienced in my School is that ,most learners come from a poor background they lack support from their parents,but when I do QMS ,it help me focus more on them .

When we have QMS for all 4 terms of the year ,makes educators always focus in effective learning in class.

I learner that when I go to the class I have to be well prepared and we’ll planned my lesson so that there.will be no time wasted.

Following time table routines correctly and planning accordingly is encouraged in QMS.

I used to organise my files fortnightly,this help me to be usually up to date with my lessons plans,etc.
