During my QMS I noticed that I still lack in managing the class, especially in ensuring descipline. Next year that’s where I will start, and try new strategies I will improve. In other aspects I think I am good.
-
After completion of my QMS I realise that I need to stick to my disciplinary skills.

I did not have enough material for the lessons; like posters on the wall and model to demonstrate to learners
-
I have completed my QMS for this year . Also complete lessons plans on time.
-
the area which I feel that I still need to develop is classroom management. I am finding it a bit challenging to keep the learners well behaved during lessons especially since we are having the problem of overcrowded classrooms.
-
I complemented my self appraisal both mid and annual . And I must admit there’s still a room for development there and there and I’m so eager and willing to learn to acquire more knowledge on my teaching skills. But one thing I hold high of is that I’m doing absolutely good in discipline.

QMS was completed, reflected all shortcomings that I was not aware of. First and foremost, I need to improve my relationship with various stakeholders and have a detailed record keeping system.
-
The appraisal was completed, and after that, it showed that I need to find more ways of keeping discipline in class and since it’s a diverse class, I must ensure that I utilise multiple strategies in knowledge dissemination.
-
I completed my QMS and it was not easy because it took me days to complete it. I still need to figure out how to discipline my learners in classroom.
-
After completing my QMS appraisal this year I identified the following gaps I need to work on, to establish a positive classroom environment, structuring my lessons well and use multimedia resources, I’ve also noticed that I need to promote learners engagement in the classroom and improve my record Keeping so that my lessons plans are up-to-date and ready for inspection.
-
I still need more assistance on how to implement discipline.
I also would like to develop my leadership skills and taking more initiative in school-wide projects and initiatives.
-
I have completed my appraisal.
I need to work on time management.
Especially after short and long break, learners tend to extend their time given for breaks. A break time should ring 5 minutes before the actual ringing time, this five minutes will be for Learners to wrap up what they are doing and walk towards to their classrooms.
More time is wasted after break time, so to curb such problem I must implement the five minutes rule.
This will also help in time management and also keeping the class disciplined after short and long break.
I thank you🤗

I need more disciplinary measures and also strategies that can help learners to focus and compete activities on time.
