I choose SADTU because they advocate for the rights and interests of workers, often influencing labour legislation and policy. They make sure that their members work in safe and healthy working environments. SADTU educates their members about their rights, responsibilities and development in labour’s law. They also negotiate with employers on behalf of their members for better salaries and working conditions and other employment terms
