I am a member of SATU.
The South African Teachers Union (SATU) is offering unique benefits to educators. (SADTU) is also prominent in advocating for teachers’ rights, salary negotiations, and professional development.

I am a member of SADTU (South African Democratic Teachers Union). SADTU provides teachers with a collective voice, protecting their rights, and promoting their interests. The union negotiates with the government to improve teachers’ working conditions, salaries, and benefits. SADTU also offers support and resources for teachers, including training, legal assistance, and counseling.

I am active member of sadtu. The reason I chose this union is because they advocate for the rights and interests of workers and often influencing labour’s legislation and policy

I will join SADTU
Firstly I love the uniform, funny right. But so far I’ve seen many teachers joining it meaning that it really stands up for teachers and know it’s work very well, the more people it has the more it will ensure that every teachers right is not violated any how.

I have decided to join SADTU as the union of my choice. This is because it is actively involved in the wellbeing of its members, in all aspects for that matter. This makes me feel protected.

I joined SADTU
All the staff members in my school are members of SADTU so we were invited to join i accepted the invite because growing up SADTU has always been the best union for teachers. Members receive legal assistance in case of dismissal or unfair labor practices and also receive there is access to benefits.. Again SADTU has a collective bargaining power.

I wish deparrment can give incentives for unions because wow.
-
I will also Join SADTU as it could be beneficial for several reasons:
1. Advocacy & Representation – SADTU fights for teachers’ rights, ensuring fair wages, job security, and improved working conditions.
2. Professional Development – The union offers training, workshops, and resources to help teachers grow in their careers.

I will Join Sadtu:
I believe sadtu is ANC, and i have always been an ANC comrade. When it comes to standing firm and support to educators i believe sadtu is the best hence Majority of educators are Sadtu comrades.

i believe that being under a particular union can assist you a lot when you encounter challenge at work place

I am a member of PEU reasons being we don’t hold meetings during school times, there’s more teaching time than union time since it doesn’t belong to any political party
