I am a member of Sadtu but I will like to quit and be without a union. This is because this union is mostly based on a certain political party. Most of the people who are in front are members of this political party. Most of leaders of this union are the one’s exploiting workers rights at work. They are there not to help workers but representing the party and it doesn’t put workers first. It does not serve workers interests.

I will join sadtu. SADTU teachers are strongly committed to overcoming the serious legacies of apartheid <g-bubble jscontroller=”QVaUhf” data-du=”200″ jsaction=”R9S7w:VqIRre;” jsshadow=””>education</g-bubble>, and view their union as an effective structure through which they can participate in a transformative programme of national reconstruction and development. join sadtu

I have joined NAPTOSA because they value education and always make sure that they are professional workshops they do to develop their educators.

I have joined NAPTOSA since my early inception in this noble profession. I have aligned myself to the beliefs and ideals of this union in the words, “teach with dignity”. I believe that in order for educators to function, we also need to have a union that represents our needs and helps us move forward in terms of teacher development workshops that are provided at union platforms. I have performed developed by taking advantage of the teacher workshops and seminars provided by NAPTOSA. I respect all members belonging to other unions. We are all working to a common goal in helping our country to grow, our unions help us get closer to that goal.

I will join Sadtu because it encourages teacher to do their work faithful to do justice to learners. Prepare lesson plans and be professional. To make those who looked down on teaching start to love and respect this job.
-
As an educator it is important to join a Union that will serve and represent my interests even though Unions no longer have our interests at best of their hearts.
-
I joined SADTU because it is the largest teacher organization in south Africa, and I believe it will empower me by advocating my rights and welfare as an educator.

Nemando Talelani
I joined Sadtu because it eradicate all forms of discrimination in education and is an organization that protect teachers from unfair labour practice.
-
The choice of my union is SADTU simply because I have been following it from the beginning of my career. I believe it is fair with its rights and responsibilities towards teachers. As a teacher you know what is right and wrong and how it will represent you on your challenges.

I think SADTU is the best union for teachers as it stands for teachers and represent teachers whenever they have any grievance.. It knows the struggle of teachers and how to solve those struggles
