I am member of Sadtu, the union aim to represent their member and resolving matters of the teachers. They empower their members professionally e.g workshops, and they give the support during hard times funerals. They express the power to all forms of discrimination in working environment e.g educational system. Sadtu allows all their members to understand their rights and responsibilities.
