One of the characteristics of the code of professional ethics is honesty. I think it is critical to be honest when one is working in this environment in the sense that should something wrong happens especially to a learner, the principal as the head of the school must know so that he or she can quickly resolve the matter before it goes to the level where an educator may end up being in hot water. I think this characteristic is critical because one can simply loose job.

Respect for student’s dignity , rights and individuality
This is a fundamental aspect of teaching.It involves recognizing and valuing each student’s unique background,experience and perspectives. Teachers can promote a sense of belonging and empowerment among students allowing them to grow and thrive as individuals with no fear nor hesitation of being discriminated .

As teachers we need to compromise teaching time, consider this important because coming late in class even learners will not take you serious.

Dress code is an important aspect in a teachers profession .cloth should not be too reavilling and not too short we also have to take note of what is written on our clothes.
