I think school attendance on both the learners and teachers is very crucial. Absenteeism leads to delay in learning and also it can affect the curriculum as a whole. Learners presence allows them to learn and develop their mindset. Educators presence gives them opportunities to deliver lessons on time.

School attendance starts with us as teachers. As much as we encourage learners to always be present at school, we must also refrain from teacher absenteeism, and also avoid bunking lessons/periods. We must practice what we preach to learners.

Dress code is very important and maintaining a professional and respectful image to your colleagues, students and parents is essential.

Dress code. Teachers need to dress in a professional manner, as teaching is a profession that is respected. Teachers should not wear revealing clothing. Learners look up to teachers including parents, so there must be a clear distinction of a learner and teacher simply by the form of clothing they wear.

CONDUCT EDUCATOR AND LEARNER : Refrains from any form of sexual relationship with learners from any
school. educator that sleeps which a learner from any school is a criminal and should be arrested. educators are suppose to protect learners and teach learners to abstain for sexually activities until their are 18 years of age. -
Teacher should avoid any form of humiliation and refrain from any form of abuse, physical or psychological. Teachers should use appropriate language and behavior in his or her interaction with learners and acts in such a way as to elicit respect from learners.

This is very important because this kind of behavior destroys learner’s self esteem and confidence.some learners decide to drop out of schools because of humiliation.<div>

Respecting the dignity,beliefs and constitutional rights of learners, which includes the right to privacy and confidentiality.
I consider this characteristic critical because it forms the foundation of a trusting and respectful relationship between educator and learner. When student feel that their personal boundaries are respected and their individuality is acknowledged, they are more likely to engage positively in the learning process. This respect also fosters are safe and inclusive environment where student can express themselves without fear of judgment or breach of privacy. Ultimately it helps in nurturing well- rounded individuals who value and respect others right and dignity.

Treat everyone with respect (stakeholders). Arrive on time so that learners are always disciplined and task learners with duties that they will be responsible. Come prepared on a daily basis.
