I believe that the use of appropriate language and behaviour to interact with
learners is critical because words are very powerful and what we say to learners can affect the way they learn and the kind of people they become. I also think words tend to come out easy, and therefor it is important to keep in mind that what we say also affects the learners. words can easily demotivate a learner or offend them. so watching what we say is very important and crucial in the work space.-
Gender equality in the classroom is important since it promotes fairness, challenges harmful stereotypes, and create an inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive and reach their full potential

One important characteristic from the Code of Professional Ethics is respect. I consider this critical because respect forms the foundation of a positive learning environment. When teachers show respect to learners, colleagues, and parents, it encourages trust, cooperation, and mutual understanding. For learners in particular, feeling respected increases their confidence and willingness to participate in class. This directly supports student engagement, as learners are more likely to contribute, ask questions, and stay motivated when they know their voices are valued. In addition, respect upholds the dignity of the teaching profession and ensures that teachers act as positive role models. Without respect, relationships break down and effective teaching and learning cannot take place.

The principle of gender equality is significant, because it teaches learners at a young age that there’s no one who superior to the other and they will grow knowing that they have to respect each other irregardless of gender. It starts at young age and it will also aid in decrease of gender based violence.

One characteristic from the Code of Professional Ethics that I consider critical is the commitment to supporting social justice and redressing inequalities within educational institutions and society at large. This principle is vital because teachers play a central role in shaping learners’ values, attitudes, and understanding of fairness. As educators, we are not only responsible for delivering content but also for modeling inclusive and equitable behavior. By actively promoting social justice, teachers help create learning environments where all students feel valued and respected, regardless of their background. This commitment also extends beyond the classroom, as teachers influence broader societal change through their actions and interactions. Upholding this ethical standard ensures that education becomes a tool for empowerment and transformation.

I think gender equality should be addressed in school. This will help reduce gender based violence especially against women and femail children at home. most of our children come from families where gender based vioence is being practices. So, teaching them about gender equality will open their eyes and see the world in a different perspective

Arrively and departure time is very important in our school for teaching and learning to be effectively.

Dress code is very important. They way you dress displays the inner you it reflects you .We need to be professional always and respect our work so that we had a better generation.
-
Late coming is really disturbing. Teachers came late to work and leave early not observing minimum seven hours and expect learners to be punctual and behave well
-
Use of appropriate language is crucial as learners are from different backgrounds. They need more love and respect from us as professionals.

Respect and Gender equality are verify crucial aspects. You can not teach learners you don’t respect, they will resturn that negativity you display and learning and teaching won’t be fruitful

The commitment to supporting social justice and redressing inequalities within educational institutions and society at large. I consider this principle as important because teachers play an important role in shaping learners’ values, attitudes, and understanding of fairness. An educator is responsible for modeling inclusivity. An educator should create a classroom environments where all learners feel free and respected, regardless of their background.

Parental involvement is very important to the esucation of a learner because if you as a teacher can communicate well with the parent, then the child progress will improve together with the behavior of the child
