Problem with learner reading and comprehension.
I’ll discuss it with a colleague that is based in GET phase so as to come up with solutions.

All teachers should participate in the PLC since it helps them deal with the difficulties of the subjects. More knowledge, tactics, teaching techniques, and self-assurance are acquired by educators.

I want to great PLCs where teachers can share materials and knowledge, where teachers can move from one school to the next to address topic-based issues on neighboring schools, teachers working together to address each other’s weakness
-
PLCs help with showing new teachers how some of the things in class must run. They help new teachers with obtaining teaching resources and creates a platform where they can ask enquire from knowledgeable senior educators when they get stuck or even when they want to implement new strategies. The one thing that might hinder it from being a productive platform is reluctant people. The minute those people don’t see a need to share their knowledge and keep it all to themselves, they make interaction on the platform a waste of time.

I would consider a Mental Health and Well-being PLC to address the growing need for teacher and learner mental health support. The problem explored would be strategies to manage stress, promote emotional resilience and create a supportive environment for both staff and students.

Plc can help me as a new teacher and also benefits the community

Developing collaborative lessons
Design and implement collaborative, project-based lessons that integrate STEM subjects and promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving. All teachers will benefit from the PLC.
-
All educators must be involved in the Plc as plc assist them in dealing with the subjects challenges. Educators gain more information, strategies, teaching methods.
-
PLC assist teachers in sharing ideas , teaching materials , and more reliable materials for learning and teaching

A PLC will help with effective learning and improve in performance. The problem to be solved is how to help improve learners engagement and motivation in the classroom, especially with students who are struggling academically or dont focus in class. It is important because student engagement and motivation are serious factors in academic success, but many teachers struggle to connect with and inspire their students.
The following individuals from the school could be invited to participate and add a lot of value. This include teachers from different subject areas so that they could bring different information on how to engage students in different subjects. We could also invite counselors and advisors in order for them to offer guidance on how to support learners emotionally and mentally. Principals and deputy principals could provide leadership and support, as well as share their own opinions on how to promote student engagement and motivation. We should also have departmental head to help facilitate communication and collaboration among teachers within their department. We can also include experienced teachers to provide guidance and support to newer teachers and help facilitate PLC discussions. We cannot forget learners representatives to provide feedback and insights from the class and they will learn more on how to control the class.

ALL EDUCATORS MUST BE INVOLVED IN IT FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL. IN MY SCHOOL IT CAN WORK TO IMPROVE THE TEACHING STYLE RESPECT AND OTHERS.

All teachers can benefit with the PLC. However, finding time within a day to join yet another PLC meeting is difficult. Time is consumed by planning and preparation and this includes for tests and exams and everything. My suggestion is joining online courses on a topic that you struggle with. Or watch YouTube videos on certain points.
