I would consider starting a PLC for newly appointed educators. This will be our personal space where we will share our challenges and successes as novice teachers. I think people who will add value in this PLC are members of the SMT and our mentors as novice teachers.

PLCs are important in the schools, teachers get to support each other and come up with strategies to improve learners behavior, how to overcome workload. It’s also helping with strategies to a good learning environment.
