Internal Teacher development PLC.
Problem explored: continuous teacher development at school level.
Who will add value: Senior teachers that will share their vast knowledge and skills.
Management and subject heads

Multigrade educator can benefit a lot from these communities, in terms of levels of introducing a concept across all grades and dealing with learners with learning barriers

I would consider starting a PLC for newly appointed educators. This will be our personal space where we will share our challenges and successes as novice teachers. I think people who will add value in this PLC are members of the SMT and our mentors as novice teachers.

All staff members add value to PLCs. PLC discussions determine the success of the school. Issues is being discussed and problem solving is provided.

PLCs are important in the schools, teachers get to support each other and come up with strategies to improve learners behavior, how to overcome workload. It’s also helping with strategies to a good learning environment.
