In the upcoming year I wish to research more into the teaching union I have chosen and really try to understand their policies and what they stand for instead of just being involved in one because I feel I have to.
-
I will do more research into unions because I am told on which to join and it is all good but I aim to research and find out what works for me

Within the next year I want to prioritise time management and create a conducive learning environment within my classroom.

I will prioritize being more active in PLCs and meet on a regular basis.

i would motivate and make my learners motivated and give them an opportunity to reach there their full potential and goals and set an example and be a proud educator

Classroom management*: I would also Develope strategies to manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.Continuing Improving my ability to effectively integrate technology into your teaching practice.Enhancing my skills in designing and providing constructive feedback to students.

I will start by trying to fill in the gaps that I have according to my QMS marks.

Time management and planning are the key. I want to lead by example to not only to my learners but also to my colleagues by always being early. By starting my lessons on time and keeping up with the work done. Being always up to date. I wlli make sure I also participate in all PLCs to further develop my skills.

Time management is what i want to prioritize. Managing time effectively will help me improve a lot (regarding lessons and other stuff).
-
growing professionally will always be my priority so that I can afford my learners the best possible outcome. Because what i learn i will apply and implement in my classroom

Building good relationship with parents, discuss learner performance/every term, to improve the school results
-
I will engage in a PLC more often to hear about the same challenges that learners experience and collaborate on solutions.
-
