I believe that the use of appropriate language and behaviour to interact with
learners is critical because words are very powerful and what we say to learners can affect the way they learn and the kind of people they become. I also think words tend to come out easy, and therefor it is important to keep in mind that what we say also affects the learners. words can easily demotivate a learner or offend them. so watching what we say is very important and crucial in the work space.
