I have completed my mid-year QMS appraisal, classroom management, respect from leathers and behavioral impediment is still such a huge challenge for me. This causes lack of interest in the profession and to put in effort to make learners cooperate effectively in class in order for learning and teaching to occur.

In my opinion, corporal punishment is definitely a no go for me🙅‍♀️..but at the same time learners are taking advantage of it teachers are being bullied by these learners because they know even if they get expelled as some sort of positive punishment they will not be disadvantaged in any way. This make the teacher a figurative punching bag. Teachers have nothing in their hands to maintain order in class so that effective learning and teaching can commence hence the issue is never addressed.

Teaching and working with colleagues is the best! we learn so much from each other. We edify one another and it keeps us on our toes. I love that. ❤️
