To me the acknowledgement of the uniqueness, individuality, and specific needs of each learner, guiding and encouraging each learner to realize his or her potential speaks volume.

Often times learners are treated as a group or expected to behave the way previous learners behaved. However each learner is unique and must be treated as such so as to guide the learners reach their true potential.

Learners uniqueness makes teaching to be interesting and diverse.
