Enforceability

It is vital that all the educators registered with the South African Council for educators should adhere to all the laws stipulated in SACE. SACE must ensure that these laws are enforceable and educators must practice and implement them in a positive way. Should there be any disobedience, the law must take its course or drastic measures must be taken so that all the relevant stakeholders in the education system should see that SACE is functional. The characteristic is important because all the educators are obliged to abide by the rules and regulations that are applicable in SACE. If all the educators abide by the rules and regulations in SACE, all schools will produce quality education and durable sterling leaders who will showcase quality leadership in their various fields of work.
