Teachers should demonstrate respect, integrity and competence in their conduct with students and parents, with this ethic I think is the first thing to implement as a teacher because we must know the students and their backgrounds so that we know where and how to assist them so that they end up motivated to be educated.

I will prioritize getting into class on time and teaching regularly for better LO

I agree with this comment because without respect it may lead to bad approach which at the end it negatively impact the child learning life
