Acquiring and using various teaching resources and strategies to ensure that all learners learn successfully. As teachers we deal with learners who have different learning styles which implies that we need to use various strategies and resources in order to cater for those different learning styles. We need to use visuals, previous question papers, different textbooks, and drilling to teach learners. When we use various strategies it makes the lessons to be interesting which keeps the learners engaged and motivated to learn. It is important that we approach teaching from various dimensions to ensure that all learners are accomodated.
