It is fruitful to everyone because it is developing us as new teachers, we are also learning more things.

Communities are very important to everyone, so we need to have good relationships with parents, learners, community leaders and other stakeholders.

This assist me as an educator to know what to teach learners, how to assist them and how to make improvements.

PLC assist a lot to us as teachers because is where we find that we need each other in order to produce good results both in schools and communities.
