I consider maintaining professional relationships with learners, colleagues and parents as essential. This characteristic is critical because it fosters a positive learning environment and promotes mutual respect. Environment where everyone feels respected and valued makes all parties feel free and allows greater participation and improves the quality of outcomes. Once an educator respects learners it means that educator respects time as well and learners will be taught in time.

I strongly agree with you. Professionalism allows everyone in education of learning to actively participate without any fear of being judged. It allows everyone to participate fully.
