I want to have the best relationship with my learners no matter what and i will also participate in PLCs.

I also want the best committed relationship between the learner and the parents in order to overcome any challange that we may come across

Thats a great development,and as an educator you should team up with the parents so you can win the learners attention and there shouldn’t be a side where the parent side with his or her child,because it gives the learner the power to start being manipulative and it can engage some unnecessary anger where the parent will think ,i as an educator i am against the learner and that changes the character of the learner during class lessons but if we team up and do better,the child will be forcefully to cooperate with us without even hesitating but automatically he or she will start to see the effort of the parent and the educator.Team up between a parent and educator is also best solution to assist the learner to stay focused.
