PLC are group chats where educators of different schools in the neighbourhood in the same phases and subject of committees collaborate and fosters a sense of community and support.These groups are targeted to support and give ideas and interventions leading to better results.

I am aware of Life Skills PLC since we have a lead teacher in our school in it but I am trying to understand if we should all be in it or we the teacher is a representative
