PLC and IQMS, Better for teacher and professional development. I need to improve my interaction with all stakeholders involved thus having a good relationship with them and that way my are of expertise improves and I know where I’m struggling and where I need to work on.

Agreed, cellphone usage during contact time limits teaching and learning. Blinds one in terms of attention to learner capabilities or barriers, a teacher would struggle with classroom management because no learner would listen nor pay attention to a teacher whose head is buried in their phone.
