This trait encourages us to treat learners according to their strengths and weaknesses because we will be able to assist them properly. It also helps to handle the different behavior of learners. Treat every child around you like your biological children. This will ensure that when you praise one learner, you must praise them all. You should also not show partiality amongst learners.
