When it comes to cell phone in class it’s unfair especially if it not an emergency situation, it is important to inform your colleagues your in and out hours of working time.Respect your teaching environment and learner learning time.

Discrimination in class it’s not good,it puts some learners in respectful ,be ashamed of what they are.They loose self confidence,they feel like there’s nothing good about them.
