We have decided to begin by collaborating amongst ourselves as teacher and form PLC with the two neighboring schools to share strategies and teaching styles that we use as individuals to assist each other to enhance our teaching and support of learners in need.

I have done my QMS and it was not proper conducted fairly or properly done according to what we were taught during the induction on QMS because I was not made aware of the expectations during the visit and the feedback was not communicated. I expected the interview prior to lesson observation.
