PLCs are collaborative groups of educators who work together to improve teaching practices and learner learning outcomes. These communities are designed to foster shared leadership, mutual accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.

PLCs often operate in my school to address challenges such as improving teaching methods, aligning curriculum standards and tackling specific student needs.

They are active in my school and neighbouring schools since we collaborate to discuss and set a standardised question papers with neighbouring teachers before formal assessments start.
