I joined SADTU because is the best employees union when it comes to represent its members in all cases.

Iam a member of SADTU .I think is the one still on track and is the biggest union thatpromote the rights and welfare of educators.

I selected SADTU because it advocates for my rights and negotiates for the advancement of my interests as a teacher. SADTU stands against the discrimination and harassment of teachers and learners. it also promotes the development of teachers’ skills.
I believe it is important to join a union to develop yourself as a worker through the trainings and workshops offered by the union. Joining a union helps to provide the support a worker/teacher would need.

As a teacher, i should join SADTU because it is the largest and most influential teachers union in the country. It helped so many people around me. It insure fair treatment within the education system.It has a large membership base, giving it significant power to negotiate effectively with the government and education department on behalf of teachers.
