I will join SADTU, It is beneficial for teachers as it provides them with a platform to advocate for their rights and interests. by becoming a member of SADTU , educators can have a collective voice in addressing issues such as fair wages, working conditions, and professional development opportunities. My union of choice is the South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU) the reason that made me to choice that organisation amongst any other is the service they provide to their members also educating us about the things that we should improve in our schools to develop our communities and staying away from the things that might put us in problems.
